excellent yeah um and i think um from my own experience i think that there tends to be a few different challenges that people come up against when they want to track number of bugs so you know suppose a customer support team is there and you have people writing in and those people are basically able to um write in and theyre able to report bugs the first thing is i guess you know there is that many to one relationship that often exists between you know customers customers actually writing in about a specific issue and then addressing um you know and then linking them up to um specific support tickets a lot of people i think tend to struggle with um with building that that infrastructure and then theres also i guess the attribution component as well its actually attributing um which team is responsible um responsible for for which type of type of bug and making sure that appropriate systems to basically um basically handle that so um i guess um theres kind of those two key key kind
