Hi, my name is Trinity Taylor. Im a Junior at the University of Georgia and a recipient of the Barbara C. Beazley Memorial Scholarship. First, I just want to thank the Columbia County Foundation for Children because I really appreciate this scholarship and the abilities that it has given me to go to college. Without it I would not have been able to leave home to get a degree that I will use for a job to have a family because that is my ultimate goal is to have enough money to have a family and support them. I was first introduced to the scholarship when my teacher mentioned it in class. She said that the Columbia County Foundation for Children had a website and they offered scholarships. The application process for me was pretty easy. I downloaded a file, put some of your profile information, made a personal statement, and got some approvals from the school and I had an online interview and that was it.
