Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well lets jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Im going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Its a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Im just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Id probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but heres the certificate and unfortunately, its a PDF and I cant edit the name of the recipient. I cant type anything down here. I cant type in a date. Its kind of annoying how its hard to edit PDFs,

One of the arrangements you can make in an employment contract is that as an employer you have the right to unilaterally change terms and conditions of employment. Without such a clause, you may not, in principle, change the employment contract without the employees consent.
I agree that while I am employed by the Company and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, I will not solicit or recruit any of the Companys or its Affiliates employees or independent contractors providing services to the Company or its Affiliates.
A no-hire clause should not make the employee unreasonably unemployable, and should be reasonably necessary for the protection of the service organization. It should also be limited to a reasonable time, and should only restrict the employment of persons assigned to the party agreeing not to hire.
The employee matters agreement provides for the assignment of employees to either parent or the subsidiary, and the allocation between parent and the subsidiary of responsibilities and liabilities relating to such employees including compensation, equity awards, benefit plans, and health and welfare plans.
In such an agreement, competing employers agree to refrain from hiring or recruiting (poaching) each others employees. A typical agreement prohibits cold calling and bidding wars for employees and requires notification when recruiting each others employees.
A Letter to Amend Employment Contract is a letter to notify employees about a change in their Employment Contracts to comply with new privacy laws. This Letter to Amend Employment Contract requires the employee to acknowledge receipt and agree to the amendment by signing on the letter and returning it to the company.
A non-compete agreement is a legal agreement or clause in a contract specifying that an employee must not enter into competition with an employer after the employment period is over.
A non-solicitation agreement is a contract that restricts an individual (typically a former employee) from soliciting employees or customers after the employees departure from a business. A non-solicitation agreement can be in the form of an entire document or a clause in an employment contract.
