In this video tutorial, the presenter explains how to replace regular text with text that includes subscript or superscript formatting. They provide an example where "h2" needs to be replaced with "h₂" (with "2" as a subscript). The presenter demonstrates that simply pasting the desired text in the "replace with" field does not yield the correct results. The solution involves copying the desired replacement text to the clipboard, then opening the find and replace dialog box by using the home tab or the shortcut Ctrl + H. After this, you can type the text you wish to replace in the "find what" field.
