When creating proposals in Word, users often face the issue of accidentally retaining the name of an old customer. To avoid this, the tutorial suggests using the "Fields" feature in Word. Instead of manually replacing customer names, users can create a custom field. To do this, navigate to the File menu, select Info, then Properties, and choose Advanced Properties.
