This originally came from the court case of Johnson v. Davis, 480 So.
(a) An owner must complete and sign a disclosure form and submit the form to a prospective buyer before an offer for the sale of the residential real estate is accepted.
However, licensees can only disclose information that is known to them. In light of this, the Nevada Revised Statutes require property owners to complete a sellers real property disclosure form and furnish it to the buyers or buyers agent no less than ten days before the property is sold.
A letter to the seller is a letter to the home seller from the buyer, also referred to as an offer letter. It isnt a required step in the home buying process. Many home buyers use this tactic in a competitive market, especially when there are multiple offers.
