On the Home tab in the Arrange group, click the arrow next to or under Bring Forward, and then click Bring to Front. Send an object to the back of the stack: On the Home tab in the Arrange group, click the arrow next to or under Send Backward, and then click Send to Back.
Go to Insert Text Box, and then select Draw Text Box. Click or tap in the document, and drag to draw the text box the size that you want. To add text to a text box, select inside the text box, and then type or paste text.
Click the WordArt, shape, or text box that you want to move up or down in the stack. On the Drawing Tools Format tab, click either Bring Forward or Send Backward. Youll have the choice of moving the object up one layer (Bring Forward) or to the top of the stack (Bring to Front).
Moving Images Behind Text Select the shape. Make sure the Format tab of the ribbon is displayed. In the Arrange group, click the down-arrow next to the Send to Back tool (Word 2007 or Word 2010) or the down-arrow next to Send Backward tool (Word 2013 or a later version). Choose Send Behind Text from the submenu.
On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Text Box. Position the pointer where you want the text box to be placed on the form or report, and then click to insert the text box. Note: Access also places a label to the left of the text box, so leave some room to the left of the pointer for the label.
If your text boxes are inline with your text, then you can use Find and Replace to locate and replace them. All you need to do is to display the Replace tab of the Find and Replace dialog box and, in the Find What box, enter ^g.
Right-click the text box, then choose Order, and Send to Back. (If the graphic is inline with the text, you will need to choose Send Behind Text.) You can then click on the graphic to select it.
Find and replace text Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. To specify only upper or lowercase in your search, select More Match case.
