Change the font, size, or layout: Tap. in the toolbar, then choose an option. Delete, edit, or duplicate the text: Tap Edit, then choose an option. Move the text: Drag it.
Or, you can press Ctrl+F on your keyboard. In the Find and Replace dialog box, enter the text you want to find in the Find what field, and then enter the text you want to use as a replacement in the Replace with field.
To format the text in the text box, select it, and then Control + Click the text and select Font. To add different effects to the text box, select the text box, and use the options on the Shape Format tab (such as changing the text direction or aligning the text at the top, middle or bottom of the text box).
Find and replace text Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. To specify only upper or lowercase in your search, select More Match case.
To delete a text box, click the text in the box, then press the Delete key on your keyboard. You can also link a text box to another text box to accommodate overflow text. See Link text boxes.
Replace Text Click the Find Select button on the Home tab. Select Replace. Press Ctrl + H. Type the text you want to replace in the Find what box. Type the replacement text in the Replace with box. Click the Find Next button. The first instance is selected. Click any of the following: Click Close when youre finished.
Format and edit text To select the text box and show the formatting tools, tap it. You can change the text color, the font, alignment, and more. To change the width of the box without changing the font size, drag a blue dot. To resize both the box and the text inside it, drag the green dot.
Click File Options Advanced, and then under Show document content, select the Show drawings and text boxes on screen check box.
