Changing Text in a Comment Place the insertion point within the first comment in your document. Press Ctrl+H. Fill out the settings in the dialog box as desired. Click Find Next. Click on Replace or Find Next, as appropriate, until youve made all the changes desired in the comments.
Replace refers to overwriting text or inserting text over existing text. For example, in Microsoft Excel, to replace the existing text in a cell, click the cell where you want to replace text. Once the cell is selected, start typing the new word or sentence.

Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. Or, select Find Next until you find the one you want to update, and then choose Replace.
