this video clip is to show you how to change a text control in a database form into either a combo box or a list box firstly make sure that you open the form in design view were going to change the school text box into a combo box by following the next easy steps first of all were going to select the text box that we want by right clicking on it we bring up a menu where we can have a change to option from the change to option were going to select the combo box you will now see that the control has been converted into a combo box with the little choice or the down arrow that it opens up and displays the choices in the comb in the list however if we go back to design it to data sheet view and we select on it it doesnt have any other options available so we need to go and add those options into our list to do that we need to have we need to do it in the property sheet menu in the tools group on the design tab click on the property sheet icon to display the property sheet menu we need
