You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Click the shape or text box that you want to add a fill to. To add the same fill to multiple shapes or text boxes, click the first one, and then press and hold SHIFT while you click the others. To add or change a fill color, click the color that you want, or to choose no color, click No Fill.
Or, you can press Ctrl+F on your keyboard. In the Find and Replace dialog box, enter the text you want to find in the Find what field, and then enter the text you want to use as a replacement in the Replace with field.
