Note: You can only find and recover deleted documents in the Trash folder. To recover a template or a content library item please docHub out to us and specify the name, the approximate date the template/content library item was created, and the email address of its owner so we can help you restore it.
Hover over the document name, click on the vertical ellipsis menu, then choose Replace source file. Next, in the pop-up, click Select file to replace your uploaded content. Thats it! Your original file will be replaced with your new one.
For our Customers security and privacy, docHub offers a choice of data center locations. Our Customers may choose between regional versions of our SaaS application, within the US or within the EU (with the server located in Frankfurt, Germany). The US and EU versions of docHub are similar and equally secure.
To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under Fillable fields for. After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.
To copy, move, rename, or delete a single document/template, hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses, and choose an action from the dropdown. See more about moving documents in folders fast below.
To delete a document, go to the Document list, then hover over the document on the far right, click on the vertical ellipses, and select Move to trash from the dropdown. Alternatively, open a document and select vertical ellipses on top of the page select Delete from the dropdown menu.
For the Essentials and Free eSign docHub plans, the expiration date is set to 60 days and cannot be changed. Auto expiration is an option that will expire your documents automatically if the document is not completed after a certain period of time.
