hi guys welcome to my channel my name is sheri and today ill be sharing with you guys my experience on how i added my social security information after i became a u.s citizen during this pandemic so the first thing i did was to call my local social security office here in virginia so i asked him what are the documents i need to send he told me i need to fill out the form ss5 which is the application for a social security card and he asked me if i have one because if i dont have one he will mail a form to my address so online you can check this form just type it in the ssa.gov and under the menu bar just click that in forms so the first form will be the application for a social security card just click that and there are five pages so the form itself is on page five so using this computer you can actually fill this out so my name is sherry so ill show you the other way how to find this ss5 phone so basically you can just type in ss5 form and it will pop up this one its on page five
