You can use the Transform option (Ctrl+T on Windows and Cmd+T on Mac) to freely resize an image in Photoshop. Hold the shift key, click on any side of the Transform option, and adjust ing to your requirements. This will allow you to equally resize the image without any distortion.

Press Ctrl+T on Windows or Command+T on Mac to instantly access the Free Transform tool and bring up the sizing handles so you can adjust the size of your layer. .

Set measurement scale Open a document. Choose Image Analysis Set Measurement Scale Custom. Enter the Logical Length and Logical Units that you want to set equal to the Pixel Length. Click OK in the Measurement Scale dialog box to set the measurement scale on the document.
To resize the entire image, press Ctrl + T (Windows) or Cmd + T (Mac) to activate the Transform tool. Then, drag the corners to resize the image proportionally or hold down the Shift key while dragging a corner to keep the original aspect ratio.
