If you received a PDF digitally signed by others, you can sign it, but cant edit it. While signing a PDF, if the signer chooses to lock the document after signing, the document becomes read-only for everyone, including the signer.
If you have specific terms you want in your agreement, you can include those directly in your proposal. And you can include a signature area at the bottom of your proposal, preceded by a line saying that by signing the proposal the client is agreeing to the terms within.
Users can self-configure their auto delegation This delegation happens automatically, and without challenge or notifications to the sender. Note: Fill and Sign and Structured Self Sign agreements (which only include the sender as the signer) are not delegated via the auto-delegation setting.
Go to Fill Sign. Click (if doesnt work double click) on the - (minus) icon. You should be able to re-make and save a new signature. Makes sure you check the Save signature box.
If you have already signed the contract but you want to make a modification to it, you will have to create a document, generally called a deed. This document is the written agreement of the two parties, stating the fact that they agree to change the terms of the original contract.

Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Sadly, there is no way to recover the password used to protect your digital signature. You will need to delete your digital signature and load in a new one.
