[Music] good morning so this video were going to talk about a ill call it loophole to where you can put a document through a docHub workflow and then lets say you need to modify it in some way the student calls you or someone calls you and says actually can you add this to it traditionally you would then have to just go through the whole workflow again youd have to send them the form theyd have to fill the whole thing out again but there is a way to where you can modify it after its been signed and then that way when you put it back through the workflow its just to maybe initial somewhere just something simple versus starting completely from scratch so im going to show you that loophole on how to do that first im going to sign into my docHub account okay once we are in um of course typically you would go to docHub requesting signatures um but i to save time lets just say i already put i sent a form to someone to sign and they signed it so im going to go over here

For changing signature in your Bank: Approach your bank with a letter for changing your signature and the reason for the same. They will provide you with a specimen signature card where you can sign and make the changes.
You are free to change your signature whenever you like. Though, if you are signing something that someone wants verification of, its best if your signature matches.
To fill out a deposit slip: List the amount of money you want to deposit. For example, add $30 (cash) and $450.55 (check). Enter the subtotal. Enter any amount you want back. Enter the Total. Sign the deposit slip. Take the slip and the money you want to deposit to a teller at your bank.
A bank signature card is a record maintained by financial services institutions to verify a customers signature. This document is signed by the account holder when an account is opened and by new account holders when they are added to the account.
✓ Signature change/updation will be done after proper verification and identification. For the same, one cancelled cheque, copy of PAN, Aadhar card/Passport/Election voter card of all holders, attested by banker should also be enclosed.
If you intend to change your signature, you can send/give a request letter to your bank for a change in your signature.
Just go to your home branch and give them a hand written application for changing signatures. At the bottom make two columns, one for old signatures for verification purpose, wether you are actual account holder or not, second for new signatures.
