christening here and today Im going to talk about how to correct a signed document that you were you receive in now if you havent already I have videos for how to set up your document account and how to use with command so go watch those videos if you havent and because Im not gonna be going through all those details in this video so in this case I get this signed document back here I sent out the kW addendum to the listing agreement this is the original form and I received this signed PDF now Im gonna go review this PDF and lets assume that in this case I wrote in 1 2 5 1 2 3 Main Street maybe it was supposed to be 1 2 4 Main Street so what do I do Ive got two options one is I can go into the original form and change the data in that original form so Ill click on I clicked on the original kW addendum to the listing agreement form and I can just go edit those fields the same way I came in and put the data in to begin with so I can change that save and close put this in an env

The sender of an agreement can replace the document and manipulate the fields after the agreement has been sent, provided the first recipient hasnt completed their action yet. Select the agreement, and if the agreement can still be modified, you will see the Modify Agreement link in the options on the right rail.
Add, modify, or delete the expiration date for an existing As the sender of the agreement, navigate to the Manage page. Single-click the agreement that you want to modify. Click the pencil icon next to the Expiration Date. Set a new expiration date, or select to remove the expiration entirely. Click Save.
The default expiration timespan is seven days. Enterprise and business tier accounts have the option to adjust the expiration time to any value between one and 90 days. The controls to adjust the lifespan can be found on the Security Settings tab at the account level.
In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. A dialog box displays. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant. Enter the email address of the new signer, and then click the Replace button.
Answer: Go to Documents. Locate the PDF you want to send. Click the triangle to the left and choose e-Sign. Enter which Contacts you would like to resend the document to. Click Prepare for signing. In docHub, add a signature field for the Client and one for yourself.
Send documents for e-signature Open a PDF file and the docHub tool. Open the Bodea Contract. Add recipient email addresses. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to e-sign the document. Confirm form fields. Click Send. Manage documents sent for signature.
Once the document is expired, its not possible to send the same one. You would need to reupload it in E-Sign and then send it out for signature.
Replace your signature Mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Select the My Profile option. Click Clear to delete the existing signature file. Create your new signature per the above process.
