[Music] good morning so this video were going to talk about a ill call it loophole to where you can put a document through a docHub workflow and then lets say you need to modify it in some way the student calls you or someone calls you and says actually can you add this to it traditionally you would then have to just go through the whole workflow again youd have to send them the form theyd have to fill the whole thing out again but there is a way to where you can modify it after its been signed and then that way when you put it back through the workflow its just to maybe initial somewhere just something simple versus starting completely from scratch so im going to show you that loophole on how to do that first im going to sign into my docHub account okay once we are in um of course typically you would go to docHub requesting signatures um but i to save time lets just say i already put i sent a form to someone to sign and they signed it so im going to go over here

How to Edit a Signed PDF Open your PDF in PDF Pro. Press the Print button or [ctrl + p] from your keyboard. Select PDF Pro Virtual Printer from the dropdown (if not default). Press Ok. Name your PDF, then press Save. Make your edits (access editing tools from the Edit tab or the Edit section of the Home tab.
To change Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) details, the organization need to follow below procedure *. Login with user ID using existing Digital Signature Certificate. Go to Change DSC details option. Fill the required details of the DSC, which needs to be mapped with your user ID.
Replace your signature Mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Select the My Profile option. Click Clear to delete the existing signature file. Create your new signature per the above process.
How to Edit a Signed PDF Open your PDF in PDF Pro. Press the Print button or [ctrl + p] from your keyboard. Select PDF Pro Virtual Printer from the dropdown (if not default). Press Ok. In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
Reference Check Template References name, company, current job title. References relationship to the candidate. Candidates dates of employment. Job titles, time spent in each role. Describe the candidates primary job duties.
Delete a Signature You will need to remove all signature fields from a PDF before you can edit it. Switch to the Edit mode. Right-click on the signature field and click Delete.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
Delete a signature from a document. Navigate to your signature. Right-click. Select Clear Signature.
Open the Preferences dialog box. Under Categories, select Signatures. For Verification, click More. To automatically validate all signatures in a PDF when you open the document, select Verify Signatures When The Document Is Opened.
