hello all with release 110 we have updated the way we do the signature overlay on the customers invoice now for instance customers are always used to getting signatures on their paperwork and were trying to push through to have a completely seamless paper-free process of of getting signatures and getting pods and all the rest of it now let me just show you where we go so if i was in contacts customers and i come into our coffee roasters here if i go down to the bottom and edit and we go into transport management and i go into the pod you can see here we have a couple of different types of pod um outputs this one is going to be signature on customer invoice and pod template now if i was to select a a existing customer invoice this is the new tool weve put in so i can grab one of my previous invoices for this customer and i can scroll on down and you can see here it shows me the invoice and it also shows me where the signature is going to overlay and also the date and and the person w

If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
Can you leave a note for the FedEx signature required? Yes, you can leave a signed note that FedEx can take as evidence, and leave your package in a safe place at the couriers discretion. This could be a signed door tag alongside a FedEx signature release form.
A Waiver of Signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carriers discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather) without obtaining the recipients signature. Note: Waiver of Signature must be checked at time of mailing by the Sender. It cannot be amended in transit.
Delivery confirmation requires the recipient or a responsible party to sign for a parcel before it can be delivered. In other words, the recipient has to be physically present to receive their package. Until a signature is secured, UPS wont drop off the package.
If the recipient isnt home, the USPS driver leaves a note. This note tells the recipient the next scheduled delivery time or the local Post Office location where they can claim their package. USPS will make 1-2 delivery attempts beyond the first.
All states establish legal procedures that allow a person to change their first name, including the first, last or middle. However, a person`s signature is another matter. A person is free to change a signature, and most people change the way they write their names between childhood and adulthood.
If a shipment requires, either an indirect, direct or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipients door.
Generally, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. However, we may be able to leave your package without a signature on the following conditions: - Have a suitable secure location to leave your package. - Your signature on the delivery attempt notice.
