Upgrading allows you to: Add a completed degree, new courses, or a new credential; upgrade your Document-by-Document evaluation to a Course-by-Course evaluation; or upgrade your account to ICAP. If the ICAP upgrade is available for your account, you will have a separate button for it. In this example, lets say we want to add a completed degree for employment purposes.
