hey guys aaron here with rocky mountain ski and sport um i want to take a few minutes to show you the repair process for uh replacing your boa dial and lace specifically uh taking this boa off so this is the boa h3 uh it is generally very difficult to remove this especially if you try to follow the instructions that come with your repair kit so generally with your repair kit youre going to get a couple of uh replacement dials as well as your laces um but where most people get stuck and frustrated is trying to get this dial off of the boots so that they can get access to actually replace the lace and or replace the boa so um ill show you the tools that i use so a couple of thick rubber bands basically what im going to do is im going to put the rubber bands around this portion of the boot right here so where theres ridges because what i want to do is one protect uh the dial itself because were going to reuse this dial were not going to put the the all black ones on this is a littl
