all right this is an update to the first minute audit of NSA after I was released with the charges dropped I decided to make a few phone calls to find out where the information as far as my fingerprints and photographs were after I spoke with one of the individuals in the detention center he said that I was never arrested I was just being detained however you know itamp;#39;s you can easily dispute that so I decided to do a public records request on August 26 to find out where all that information is and I will include that list keep in mind that this records request was sent in on August 26 and Iamp;#39;m just now hearing back from them on September 11th but just today and the reason why this request is being withheld is because it states that Philip Tyler was arrested and charged with jaywalking on August 24th this criminal charges pending before the San Antonio Municipal Court a second charge of fire to ID is under investigation originally it was dismissed on August 24th but today
