Easily replace recipient in XPS to work with documents in various formats

You can’t make document adjustments more convenient than editing your XPS files online. Solution In the left panel, click the For Signature option and open the document, which you want to replace the signer. In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant.
All other changes Log in to docHub. Go to the Manage tab. In the Status column (left-side of the screen), locate the agreement that you wish to void within the In Progress or Waiting on You sections. Click on the agreement, and in the Actions section (right-side of screen), click the Cancel link.
Solution Sign in to your docHub Privacy Admin account. Navigate to the Privacy interface: Account Privacy. Search for the email address of the Sender of the agreement. Scroll through the agreements that are returned and find the one you want to delete. Single click the agreement to select it.
Select the Options menu in the upper-left corner of the e-sign page. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement if prompted to do so.
Cancel an agreement Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them. Select Cancel Agreement. The agreement is canceled immediately and moved to the Canceled status.
Below the Actions menu (in the right-hand column), a list of recipients will be provided. Click on a recipient. If you see an option to Add Alternate Recipient you can specify another person to sign on the original recipients behalf.
From the Manage tab, select the agreement you want to edit. This opens the context menu to the right of the agreement list. In the Recipients section of the context menu, mouse over the recipient to be edited.
The Modify Agreements feature allows the owner of an agreement to add or remove the files attached to an agreement and the option to add, remove, or edit the fields on the files. The ability to modify the agreement is limited to agreements that have not yet had the first recipient complete their action.
