Replacing the Current Recipient Click the Manage tab, then select the agreement that you want to edit. Hover over the current recipient as listed under the Recipients Section in the lower-right of the page. Input the email address of the replacement or alternative recipient and input a message to the new recipient.
Tip of the Month: Assign it to Someone Else! Open the envelope, then in the top right select Other Actions, then Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signers email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When youre finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
Solution In the left panel, click the For Signature option and open the document, which you want to replace the signer. In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant.
Below the Actions menu (in the right-hand column), a list of recipients will be provided. Click on a recipient. If you see an option to Add Alternate Recipient you can specify another person to sign on the original recipients behalf.
From the Agreements page, locate the in process envelope for which you want to correct information. Click the more options icon and select Correct. The Prepare view appears, with the status Correcting and you can edit the documents, recipient information, and fields.
You can add, update, and delete entries in your Address Book through the My Preferences Account Contacts view.
Yes, you can edit a document after signing by utilizing post-signature editing features available through the electronic signature platform. This capability transforms the traditional notion of a signed document as final and unchangeable.
Click your profile image to show the account actions menu. The account listed below your image is the current account in use. Select Switch Account.
