Solution In the left panel, click the For Signature option and open the document, which you want to replace the signer. In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant.
An Acrobat Sign account administrator can not directly remove a user from their account. To have a userID removed from the accounts authority, an account admin must contact Acrobat Sign support with the request to remove the user (as identified by their email address).
Replacing the Current Recipient Click the Manage tab, then select the agreement that you want to edit. Hover over the current recipient as listed under the Recipients Section in the lower-right of the page. Input the email address of the replacement or alternative recipient and input a message to the new recipient.
Recipients in a Recipient Group can be replaced individually, and new recipients can be added. There is no option to remove one recipient without replacing them.
Log in to account and go to Send tab. Click the Add Recipient Group link at the upper right of the recipient field. Enter the group name and the potential recipients.
Remove a user from docHub through the Admin Console. Log in to Admin Console. Navigate to the Users tab. Click the row of the required user. Remove docHub - Enterprise entitlement for the user. Select docHub - Enterprise and then Remove all.
To replace a signer, you can select Manage this agreement from the confirmation page or go directly to the Manage tab and then select the agreement.
For security reasons, youre only allowed to remove your own signature. If someone else has already signed the PDF, the only way to remove their signature is to ask the signer to edit the document.
