whatamp;#39;s up guys so i was recently given this 2017 13-inch macbook pro uh itamp;#39;s got 256 gigs of storage eight gigs of ram and the 2.3 gigahertz core i5 from intel no touch bar or any of the sort of really fancy stuff and only two thunderbolt three but thereamp;#39;s a reason i was of course given this macbook pro and thatamp;#39;s because thereamp;#39;s a pretty big issue with it uh the previous owner decided to just go ahead and purchase a new uh 2020 macbook pro um just because they were just ready to sort of get a little bit higher performing of a system with the four thunderbolt 3 and the touch bar so i was given this very kindly very graciously um and the issue with it is that as soon as i unplug it from power the system dies and thatamp;#39;s because we have a bad battery so iamp;#39;m gonna plug it back in turn it back on and show you guys the issue weamp;#39;re running into so we have the system turned back on and when we go over to our battery icon we can se

In the Finder on your Mac, select the device in the Finder sidebar. Click Info in the button bar. In the Advanced Replace information on this device section, do any of the following: Select the Replace Contacts checkbox to replace the contacts on your device.
Mail keeps a list of your previous recipients and uses it to suggest or complete addresses for you when you send email. You can delete obsolete or incorrect addresses from the list so Mail stops suggesting them. In the Mail app on your Mac, choose Window Previous Recipients.
How to change your name On your computer, open Gmail. In the top right, click Settings. See all settings. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab. Under Send mail as, click Edit info. Enter the name you want to show when you send messages. At the bottom, click Save changes.
If you want to change the name thats shown in your messages, or create an email alias, click the Email Address pop-up menu, then choose Edit Email Addresses. If you already use aliases, theyre listed in the Email Address pop-up menu. They also appear in the From pop-up menu when you write a new message.
Set Default Mail Account Open the Mail application on your Mac and select Mail Preferences from the menu bar. Click the Composing tab at the top of the Composing preferences window. Choose the desired account from the drop-down menu next to Send new messages from.
In the Mail app on your Mac, select a mailbox in the Mail sidebar, then click its name. You can also Force click the mailbox in the sidebar. Type a new name for the mailbox.
If people who get your Gmail messages tell you your name is incorrect in your messages, check and update your name in Gmails Send mail as setting. When contacts get a message from you, the display name in the message is the name in your Gmail Send mail as setting.
Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard, then click the name of the account that youre renaming. Choose Advanced Options from the menu that appears. Update the Account name field to match the new name that you gave to your home folder in the previous section. Optional: Change the Full name field.
