hi there iamp;#39;m alex from hammer missions at hammer missions our goal is to help you collect high quality drone data for many different types of servers and inspections in this video weamp;#39;ll be looking at how you import kml files into the hammer app so what is a kml file a kml file is an extension known as a keyhole markup language file these are created in google earth or google earth pro and can subsequently be imported into the hammer app or hub to create a your mapping profile as i will show you so first things first on your app as you can see iamp;#39;ve got the app open already we would create new file we shall call that stone hinge and we can go ahead and open that file there we go so initially it just brings up the map so from here where it differs to the app sorry where it differs from the hub is we go down to our spanner icon which is our settings icon if we open that it brings up our settings as you can see and right at the bottom here you will see import export
