Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Replacing a signer can only be done by the original sender of the agreement. Here are some things to keep in mind when replacing a signer. You can only replace the current recipient. Recipients assigned a delegator role cannot be replaced.
In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. A dialog box displays. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant.
Alternatively, select E-Sign from the global bar and then select Request e-signatures. It displays the Sign panel and a dialog to add recipients. In the dialog that appears: Add the email address of one or more recipients who you want to add as signers.
Once logged in, select Manage Status of the agreement you would like to see Select the agreement name, then select Download Audit Report on the right pane.
From the Agreements page, locate the in process envelope for which you want to correct information. Click the more options icon and select Correct. The Prepare view appears, with the status Correcting and you can edit the documents, recipient information, and fields.
Change your e-signature in new Acrobat From the signature dialog, select the cross (X) sign beside the previously added signature. Select the X sign. Select the X sign. To add a replacement signature to the document, select Add Signature.
Log in to your account and click your name in the upper-right corner. Choose My Profile from the pop-up menu. Click the Change Email Address link. Change the email address in the Email Address and Confirm Email Address fields, ensuring that they are the same.
Add an alternative signer Below the Actions menu (in the right-hand column), a list of recipients will be provided. Click on a recipient. If you see an option to Add Alternate Recipient you can specify another person to sign on the original recipients behalf.
