Click the Manage tab, then select the agreement that you want to edit. Hover over the current recipient as listed under the Recipients Section in the lower-right of the page. Input the email address of the replacement or alternative recipient and input a message to the new recipient.
Add an alternative signer Below the Actions menu (in the right-hand column), a list of recipients will be provided. Click on a recipient. If you see an option to Add Alternate Recipient you can specify another person to sign on the original recipients behalf.
In the left panel, click the For Signature option and open the document, which you want to replace the signer. In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. A dialog box displays. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant.
One click, multiple signatures. If you need a form signed by multiple people, use mega sign through Acrobat Sign. You can send one document to multiple signers to fill and return and even track it all in one click.
Log in to account and go to Send tab. Click the Add Recipient Group link at the upper right of the recipient field. Enter the group name and the potential recipients.
When the document preview opens, in the top left corner of the window, youll see dropdown. Click that, and then choose delegate the signing of that agreement to somebody else. Here you can enter the email address of the person you would like to delegate signing to. You can also include a message for that person.
