Navigate to Settings in the top navigation bar and select Configuration in the left sidebar. Click the Delete your HubSpot Marketing account button. In the dialog box, enter your HubID, then click Yes, delete my account.
To view template options, hover over the customized quote template, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select an option: Edit: edit the quote template. In the template editor, you can also edit the templates theme in the Settings tab. Clone: create a copy of the quote template.
Once you select deals, an option appears in the table to delete them. This is explained here: Make sure to exclude valid deals from your deletion, which might have also been created today.
Automated quote creation is currently neither supported in workflows nor via API (at least not yet). As a workaround, you could however notify the deal owner with an internal email or a task about the change in deal stage. They could then manually create the quote.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users Teams. Click the name of the user. Click the Actions dropdown menu and select Deactivate user.
To archive or delete a quote: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Commerce Quotes. Hover over the quote, then click the Actions dropdown menu. Then, select Archive or Delete. Or, click the name of a quote, then click the Actions dropdown menu in the upper right. Then, select Archive or Delete.
To export your quotes: In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects Quotes. On the Setup tab, in the Download all quotes section, click Download.
