Can QR Codes be recreated?

They are ideal for providing detailed information at one-time events and one-off marketing campaigns. The stored data cannot be changed, and you have to recreate a new QR Code to change the information.

How do I restore a broken QR code?

In case you need the QR code to work again there is an easy fix. All you have to do is recreate a new link with the same domain name and slashtag as the one that was deleted. To discover which link is associated with a specific QR code you can use an online tool such as .

Can you change an existing QR Code link?

Yes, as long as the original QR Code is Dynamic. You can update all aspects of Dynamic QR Codes, including the short URL, any content on your landing page or even the type of QR Code used, which is basically the same as redirecting the QR Code to a new function.

Is there a way to recover a QR code?

You cannot restore advanced QR Codes and landing pages. In that case you must re-create them manually using the same short URL. Bulk created QR Codes cannot be restored either. However, the same list or CSV file you used to create them can be reused.
