First off, what is Microsoft Bookings? Well, Microsoft Bookings allows customers to schedule time or appointments with small businesses. So, imagine that maybe youre a dentist, youre a piano teacher, youre a hairdresser, maybe youre a gym trainer. In all of those cases, you have customers who want to schedule time with you. So Bookings sets up a page where a customer can come in, they could choose a service that they want, they could choose the time when they want the service, and then Bookings will go ahead and schedule that appointment on behalf of the customer. And not only will it book the appointment, but then itll also remind the customer as the appointment gets closer via email and via text. And its not just limited to small businesses either. You

Edit an appointment type Open the Appointment types panel: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. Scroll down to an appointment type. Click Edit. Make your changes, then click Update appointment type.
Create an appointment schedule On a computer, open Google Calendar. At the top left, click Create . Click Appointment schedule. Enter a title. Set your appointment duration. Set the date and time of your appointments.
If you have a personal Google account, thats still the case. However, if you have a Google account through your employer or educational institution, you now have access to appointment slots in Google Calendar. Here, well talk about how to set up this tool for the first time and how to use it going forward.
Click anywhere in the calendar. In the event box that pops up, click Appointment slots. Enter the details, including a title, and pick the calendar where you want the event to show up. To add more information, like a location or description, click More options.
How do I change an appointments billing type? Find the appointment in the clients Billing tab. Click Manage Edit details next to the appointment.
Open your Scheduling calendar: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. Click the appointment to open the appointment details. Click Make Payment. Select a card already on file, or enter a new card.
On your computer, open Google Calendar. On your Calendar grid, click the appointment schedule. Next to Open booking page, click Share . Under Link, select an option: To share a link for all services on your calendar, click All appointment schedules. Click Copy link. Done.
As a reminder, appointment schedules are a premium feature only available to Google Workspace Individual subscribers or those with a work or school Google Calendar account. If you have a work or school Google Calendar account, you can use appointment scheduling or the previous version known as appointment slots.
