welcome to our training on how to book and manage appointments lets get started we have a great training lined up for you today and by the end of it you will be able to book and manage appointments in Booker Before we jump into booking appointments were going to start with getting to know the calendar theres a lot that we can do with it and we want to make sure that everyones getting the most out of their accounts and getting to know the calendar will also help you out with your day-to-day procedures and lets start by looking at these two mini calendars on the Left sidebar they are interactive we can click on any of those dates in the two months view to navigate to those dates and we can also use the navigation arrows that we see at the top corners to go to future or previous months we have a similar functionality with this calendar icon here at the top of the main calendar and when we click on this one its going to give us a two month view very similar to the left sidebar there

Navigate to Online Booking. Select Square Booking Site. Select Accept Online Payments. Tap Require Prepayment.Set a Payment Policy for Booking Online Visit Settings Payments Cancellations. Click Require Prepayment define your cancellation policy. Click Save.
Click on the Appointment tab, and click on the actual recurring appointment on the Appointments screen. Click Cancel Recurring Appointment, and all client info will automatically be filled in. Select the Cancellation Method: Early Cancel or Late Cancel.
