hello everyone welcome to excel 10 tutorial in this advanced excel tutorial im going to show you how you can change the invoice number automatically in microsoft excel okay i have done something similar in a previous tutorial you can check that here and in this tutorial im going to do it in a different way okay if you look at this worksheet here i have an invoice template and in cell g4 i want to enter invoice number so in this tutorial im going to do something in a way that whenever i double click on the cells g4 it will change the invoice number okay so if its empty the invoice number will be one when i double click it if the invoice number is 10 here and if i double click here it will change it to 11. this is what im going to do in this tutorial lets get started [Music] so im going to use vba for this tutorial and all you have to do is right click on the worksheet tab click on view code and just paste the code okay i have already written the code youll have to write this cod

To choose a format or to control the starting number, go to Header Footer Page Number Format Page Numbers. To change the numbering style, select a different style in Number format. To change the starting page number of the newly created section, select Start at, and then enter a number. Select OK.
On the Insert tab, select the Page Number icon, and then click Remove Page Numbers. If the Remove Page Numbers button isnt available, double-click in the header or footer, select the page number, and press Delete.
Open the Page Thumbnails to the left of the open PDF file. Right-click in the first thumbnail and select Number Pages Specify the numbering style as i, ii, iii and click OK. Acrobat should renumber the first two pages as i and ii and renumber the following ones from 1 to 31.
Open your PDF in docHub. Select Tools Edit PDF Header Footer Add. Click on the box that shows up where you want your page numbers to be, then select the page numbers option.
What to Know To reset page numbers, go to Insert Page Number Remove Page Numbers. Do this for each section. To adjust page numbering, go to Insert Page Number Format Page Numbers. Make sure Start at is set to 1. To make page numbers continuous, go to Format Page Numbers and choose Continue from previous section.
Highlight the page thumbnail or thumbnails you want to delete from your PDF. Click the trashcan icon in the top toolbar to delete the selected PDF pages. Click Save and rename your new PDF file.
Word automatically numbers every page, except designated title pages. To change the numbering style, select Format and then choose the formatting you want to use. Select OK twice to close both dialog boxes.
On the Insert tab, select the Page Number icon, and then click Remove Page Numbers. If the Remove Page Numbers button isnt available, double-click in the header or footer, select the page number, and press Delete.
