welcome to Pathfinder video tutorials this tutorial video will show you how to view and finalize a performance agreement that has already been prepared and how to make changes to it if needed start by logging into Pathfinder click the details button next to the desired performance agreement that needs to be finalized click the view print agreement button to view the agreement this agreement can be exported if the performance agreement the key performance areas need to be changed click the select the KPA button to remove a kpa go to the desired key result area click the select button next to it then deselect the tick box next to the KPA click accept selection k pas can be added again by following the same process remember to add key performance indicators if you do not know how to add a KPI please refer to the tutorial video on preparing a performance agreement if the performance agreement was prepared successfully click activate employee agreement and click finalize agreement this conc
