this is what i do but theres lots of different ways but i we are um in our office the doctors reconcile the medications we we think thats our job so somebody says im not taking that aspirin anymore so i just push discontinue and not taking or too expensive thats too expensive theres lots of theres lots of lots of lots of reasons you know you can just discontinued reason unknown you know okay and it moves to lets remove the aspirin template because shes not taking it anymore historical then it gives a list of all the all the drugs shes ever been on when they were filled shes our practice patient so she gets a lot of drugs if you wonder why two years later why she stopped the prozac and thats an option you can go and say okay she stopped for her right yeah or she stopped because she just didnt want to be an antidepressant as opposed to you know so you can quickly get that data that used to be hard to find
