Create or edit a form From the navigation on the left, select Project settings or Service project settings Forms. Select Create form. Replace the automatically generated form name with your desired form name. Add fields by selecting Fields, and then selecting your desired field type.
To add fields to a request type: From your service project, go to Project settings , and then Request types. Select the request type you want to customize. What to include in a check request form? Date of Request. This refers to the date you give the request. Department Name. This refers to the name of the department from which the check comes from. Due Date. This refers to the due date of the invoice. Direct Pay. Mail Check. Mail Attachment. Payee. Vendor ID.
Create a new custom field Select Issues. Under FIELDS, select Custom fields. Click Create custom field. Select the type of field you want to create and click Next. Add the details for your field. When you have entered the field details, select Create.
On the Design tab, in the Tools group, click Add Existing Fields.Add a field to a form or report by using the Field List pane Double-click the field. Drag the field from the Field List pane to the form or report. Hold the CTRL key and click several fields, and then drag them all to the form or report at the same time.
Create a custom field In Grid view, select Add column New field. Choose a field Type: Important: A custom fields type cannot be changed after its created. If a custom field is the wrong type, delete the field, then create it again using the correct type. Enter a Field name, then select Create.
