[Music] Minister Cho: Can you tell me how the funding from the EnAbling Change program helps tomake ballet more accessible to people? John Dalyrymple: Id love to tell you that, Minister. So, for us, ballet is obviously what we do at Canadas National Ballet School. But we know that dance, more generally, is a great way to motivate kids to be more physically active and more artistically engaged. So, what we did with the EnAbling Change grant is make sure the programs that were already running to create dance programs in public schools, after school programs, were inclusive of kids who had diverse physical needs. And, so, we adapted those programs, which are all online, so that teachers who are working in classrooms can make sure the kids in those classrooms, who are living with disabilities, could participate at the same level as the other kids in the class. We also did an online class for those teachers so that they could learn to centre inclusivity in terms
