To find out which fields are required, go to the Go to menu at the top right of the connector of the connector and click Salesforce Object Reference. The required field rows will say Required in the far right column.
In the List Settings page, Scroll down to the Columns section and Click on a column that you would like to make required. Scroll down to the Additional Column Settings and to select Yes to make the field required or No to make it optional. Select OK to save your changes.
(Note: You cant remove required fields, theyll always have to be displayed on edit and create).

You cant remove the Required field but you can hide that. 1) Change the field type from Name to Auto Number. 2) Now in the Page layout remove that name field. I hope it helps you.
