Hereamp;#39;s a common question I get asked about Pages. When people use Pages and they start with, say, a blank document theyamp;#39;re using the default font which is Helvetica Neue and they want this default to be something different. You would expect, maybe, to go into Pages preferences and there to be some sort of default font setting. But thereamp;#39;s not. The reason for this is because when you created a new document here you didnamp;#39;t just say I want a blank document. You actually said I want to use the blank template. This is a template and its name is Blank. One of the things about templates is they have different styles here. The styles have things like the font that youamp;#39;re going to use. The font size. All sorts of things. Itamp;#39;s going to start with the body font and whatever the default font is for that and all sorts of other things. Like the size for instance. Replace fonts To change a font everywhere it occurs in your document, you can replace it with another font. Choose Format Font Replace Fonts (from the Format menu at the top of the screen).
Replace an image Select the image that you want to replace. Click Image at the top of the Format sidebar on the right, then click Replace. Browse to choose a new image, then double-click it.
Click the View button in the toolbar, then choose Show Find Replace. You can also press Command-F (on a Mac) or Control-F (on a Windows computer). Note: In a shared document set to View Only, click the Find button in the toolbar. In the Find field, enter a word or phrase you want to find.

Replace a picture Click the picture you want to replace. Click the Picture Format tab, and then click Change Picture: From the menu that appears, select where you want to get the replacement picture from. Navigate to the picture you want, select it, and then select Insert.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Click the pop-up menu to the left of the top text field, then choose Find Replace. Enter a word or phrase in the top text field. As you enter text, the number of matches appears alongside it. The first match you can edit is highlighted in yellow.
On a computer, go to photos.google.com. Open the photo you want to edit. At the top, click Edit . Tip: While you edit, click and hold the photo to compare your edits to the original. To crop or rotate, click Crop rotate . To crop the photo, drag the edges. At the top, click Save.
