How do we move the license from the old employee to the new one? So lets dive in. First thing were going to do is go into setup and find our list of users. So we go into the sidebar and we click on users. And these are the users within our organization. Now, most people want to delete the existing user and Salesforce doesnt let you delete users. The next thing people tend to do is simply edit the user and change their information. But I dont recommend this cause a lot of historical information will get messed up and itll look like the new employee did it when it was really Alan. Instead you should deactivate the user, uncheck the active checkbox. And when you do that, itll ask if you want to remove that
