Click the shape you want to transform, and then drag an anchor to transform the shape. Select the shape you want to transform, choose Image Transform Shape, and then choose a transformation command.

Transforming an Object or Selection To use the Transform feature, select a layer or create a new selections. Got to Edit in the menu, select Transform, and select the type of transformation you wish to make. A bounding box will appear around your selection and allow you to transform it using the handles.
Convert a selection into shape Make a selection using any of the selection tools. Do one of the following: Choose Format Convert into Shape (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). Control ⌃ click inside the selection and choose Convert into Shape.
In the options bar, click the down-facing arrow to the right of the Shape picker. To view all the custom shapes that come with Photoshop, click the gear icon on the right of the Shape picker, choose All from the menu, and click OK in the message that appears.
To patch the Source (the selected area), drag the selection to an area that contains matching detail that will cover the object you want to remove. To patch the Destination, drag the selection to another part of the image. The selected pixels are copied there.
Open the Layer menu, locate its Layer Style submenu and choose the name of the stylistic effect you want to add. Return to this submenu to add more styles to your line. You also can access these effects from the unlabeled Layer Style button at the bottom of the Layers panel.
