Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can both get and use Microsoft Bookings. And as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. First off, what is Microsoft Bookings? Well, Microsoft Bookings allows customers to schedule time or appointments with small businesses. So, imagine that maybe youre a dentist, youre a piano teacher, youre a hairdresser, maybe youre a gym trainer. In all of those cases, you have customers who want to schedule time with you. So Bookings sets up a page where a customer can come in, they could choose a service that they want, they could choose the time when they want the service, and then Bookings will go ahead and schedule that appointment on behalf of the customer. And not only will it book the appointment, but then itll also remind the customer as the appointment gets closer via email and via text. And its not just limited to small businesses either. You

Change a single appointment, meeting, or event you created Open the appointment, event, or meeting from your calendar. Edit the item details on the Appointment or Meeting tab. When youre done, click Save Close for an appointment or event or Send Update for a meeting you created.
Place the cursor inside the body of the email or the calendar entry, select the format text tab, and in the editing section of the ribbon, select replace. Type in the text you want to change into the find what box and then type the text you want to replace it with in the replace with box.
Editing a meeting on someone elses behalf As a delegate, you can also edit or cancel meetings on behalf of the calendar owner. To do so, open the calendar event, make the changes, and select the option to send the updated or canceled meeting invitation.
Update a meeting Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. Change the location, start and end times, attendees, message, or other options. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
Windows Click Calendar Icon in lower left corner. In the left side bar Right Click the calendar you want to share, then click Properties. Click the Permissions tab. Click Add to add permissions for a new user, or click the name of the existing user in the list to change their current permissions.
Update or cancel a meeting you organized Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. Change the location, start and end times, attendees, message, or other options. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
Change options for one meeting that is part of a series Once you click the meeting, a prompt will appear. Select Just this one radio button then click OK. In the new window, in the Meeting Occurrence tab, change the desired options. Click Send Update.
