theres one of the three cameras aimed at our property and just so happens I got the first light pole in and ready to go as we take a look we can see I got the laser all screwed in tight doing what its supposed to do on that mounting plate and then I just duct taped it to my pole I figured as easiest way to mount it right now all Ive got is an inch and a half Pole thats pounded into the ground now we come on over here and we see the control panel we see its on and its on full power thats all that is is we ratcheting the power up or down come down over and we see that its just plugged into 110 AC so now I come up and take a look we can see that I named Im pretty close to it but who knows how close off the wait till it gets dark to really make sure I get my aim right but we can tell just by looking that things working and ready to go they video cameras like this one just put in to watch you keep an eye on you monitor listen to you and everything well my choice for dealing with

Writing any incident report involves four basic steps. Respond Immediately. Employees should notify their supervisor as soon as an accident or injury occurs. Find the Facts. Analyze. Complete Corrective Action Plan.
Basic Incident Information the names and positions of the people involved. the names of any witnesses. the exact location and/or address of the incident. the exact time and date of the occurrence. a detailed and clear description of what exactly happened. a description of the injuries.
What are the five rules of incident report writing? Timeliness: Always report the incident as soon as possible. Accuracy: Make sure all information provided is accurate and detailed. Completeness: Be thorough and provide all important details. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and personal information carefully.
The 4 main incident reports that should be on your list are: Near Miss Reports. Near misses are events where no one was injured, but given a slight change in timing or action, someone could have been. Injury and Lost Time Incident Report. Exposure Incident Report. Sentinel Event Report.
Provide date and time of the incident and when it was first reported, details of witnesses, and a succinct statement describing the events leading to the incident, the details of the incident, the type of work being undertaken, any hazards involved in the work and any personal protective equipment being used.
The key tasks to mention in the workflow includes notification of the incident, identification of responsible, interviews, investigation and analysis, conclusion, sharing learnings and implementation.
