[Music] so when you go to change a light ballast the first thing you want to do is disconnect the power either by turning off your switch or turning off your breaker once youve disconnected the power to the light you want to go ahead and start to remove the shade from the light and remove your tubes and your ballasts cover this will show you all of the bare wires and the ballast itself inside the light you can start by pulling B 2 or 4 main power wires out of the ballast connector cut your ballast wires that are coming out of the ballast to the correct length depending on how big your light is skin those wires after youre done that [Music] [Music] and then theres one Phillips head screw thats inside the light that youre going to remove and then the mouse will just come out of the tabs on the other side you can then just repeat your process backwards by putting the ballast back into the light cut pull up the wires on the ballast to the right length skin those wires and then just ma
