In this video tutorial, the process of removing an old light fixture is outlined. Required tools include a new light, appropriately sized cord, a fish tape, a screwdriver, duct tape, and pliers. The tutorial begins with removing two screws from the light box cover. The presenter mentions the presence of pipes feeding three pool lights and indicates that this is the second light being replaced, noting that the middle light has been labeled for easy identification. After removing the old light, the end is prepared to feed the fish tape through the conduit, allowing for the old light's cord to be used in pulling the new fish tape. The process continues with the removal of plumbers putty from the setup.

Lighting is a critical component in a museum environment because the space enables visitors to see objects, experience new sights and react to the surrounding environment. Typically, environments have two types of lightnatural and artificial.
However, LED lights are widely regarded as the top choice for exhibition lighting due to their numerous advantages. LED lights offer a wide range of colour temperatures, from warm to cool, allowing exhibitors to customise the lighting ing to their specific requirements.
Overall, good exhibition lighting can help to create a more positive atmosphere for visitors, and can also help to improve the visibility of the exhibitions products and services. As a result, it is an important aspect of exhibition design that should not be overlooked.
Exhibition lighting is very important for setting the mood and tone of an exhibition. The right type of light can make an exhibition feel warm and inviting, while the wrong type of light can make it feel cold and uninviting.
Lighting with a warm white color temperature (3000K) is our recommendation and is used in the vast majority of art galleries. A 3000K warm white temperature creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for visitors. Its also easier to create a CRI value of 95 with a warm white light.
Light is essential for the examination and enjoyment of collection items. But in a museum light also means damage: dyes and pigments fade or change appearance and the materials from which the objects are made deteriorate.
Spotlights under 20 can be used for small pieces and 3D objects shown in the round, regular flood lights between 20 and 35 are good for middle and larger framed works, and wide flood lights over 35 are best for lighting very large works and whole walls.
