hi Im Matthew and welcome to the pruning Workshop today were going to be discussing changes of drums on a Xerox altilink c8000 series copy machine [Music] first thing youre going to want to do when changing the drums lets open the front cover and youre going to see an orange latch with a lock and an unlock symbol youre going to want to unlock that latch first then push down on the orange button on top of the drum door and itll unlatch push down on the door until its all the way flat like that [Music] the drum were going to be replacing today is the R1 the R1 is your black drum but you also have R2 R3 and R4 which are your three colors pull the black drum out what youll want to do is push up on the orange tab to unlock it and then pull straight out youll come out with it I like to put my hand under it for support but dont touch the surface of the the actual drum part Ill grab our new drum which will come in the Box to take the drum out of the box and itll be wrapped in a

Edit an existing label template In the left navigation, click My Labels Label Templates. From the Label Templates screen, click the Label Template Name you want to edit. Go to Mailings Labels. In the Address box, type the text that you want. To change the formatting, select the text, right-click, and make changes with Home Font or Paragraph. In the Label Options dialog box, make your choices, and then select OK.
When printing Avery 5160 or other labels or reports where the position of the items on the page is important, be sure the printout is not scaled or reduced in any way, otherwise the labels may not line up to the printed text correctly when the document comes out of the printer.
Check your printer settings Print actual size (100%) - In the print dialog box, make sure the scale is 100%. Set your margins to None - Setting your margins to None may prevent any additional margin to be added by your printer causing your labels not be aligned properly.
Align the text left or right Select the text that you want to align. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Align Left or Align Right .
The most common reasons why labels dont print in the right place are: Your printer settings are not adapted. Your labels contains too much text information or the font size is too big. You might not be using the correct label templates.
Choose Mailings Labels. Word displays the Label Options dialog box. Using the Label Products drop-down list, choose Avery Standard. In the Product Number list, choose 5163 - Shipping, or whatever number your Avery labels are. Click OK.
