Oh [Music] hi this is Nate with CMS and in this video I will be showing you how to replace the ink cartridge inside your postive machine the first thing we want to do is most customers have their scale sitting on top of the machine were gonna take that off and just place it in the backside were gonna do the same thing with the scale stand were going to open up the lid on the backside of the postage machine and thats gonna bring our cartridge into the remove position the cartridge sits in the middle here on the side of the cartridge thats closest to the operator there is an unlock icon were going to push straight down on that side and pull the cartridge straight up and out to replace the cartridge with the new one were going to take our new cartridge were going to be sure to remove the plastic caps from the printhead and also the tabs covering the printhead once weve done that were going to flip it upside down and place the cartridge straight down inside the machine on the sid

In cases where you want to delete or amend an invoice, a credit note will usually suffice as the solution. A credit note allows you to effectively - and legally - cancel an invoice. Its required by law that you always keep a copy of all invoices you issue for control purposes.
Heres the essential information to include on all credit notes: The words credit note at the top. Customer information. Your business information. Date issued. Credit note number. Original invoice reference number. Item descriptions, quantities, and prices. Total amount credited.
No matter how careful you are when invoicing, mistakes can happen. A customers address may be typed wrongly, a discount may not have been applied, or the items themselves may be incorrect. Once sent, you can no longer edit the invoice directly, and a credit note must be issued instead.
If you need to adjust the total amount up or down, you can issue a separate credit note in lieu of an amended invoice. To correct additional details like date, address, or product details, you must submit a fresh invoice, ensuring that it comes with a unique invoice number to reflect the change.
In addition to contact information, dates, and other logistical basics, the Hourly Invoice should include: Descriptions of all tasks completed, and time spent per task. The hourly pay-rate per task and total due for each task. The subtotal that is due, any deductions, and the final balance that is due.
How do I make an hourly invoice? Your business name and logo. Your complete contact details. Your clients full contact details. Description of the work undertaken, hours worked, and hourly rates. Invoice number to keep organized. Payment due date. Tax rates, if applicable. Terms and conditions.
Can you amend an invoice and is it legal? Generally, it is legal to amend an invoice that is missing information or includes an error. However, you should never delete an invoice if this happens. It is important for auditing reasons that you hold onto records, even if they are incomplete or incorrect.
Taxpayers will not be allowed to cancel an e-invoice once 24 hours have elapsed since the issuance of the said e-invoice. The e-invoice portal does not allow for amendment of e-invoices either. A taxpayer will either have to issue a debit note or modify/cancel such e-invoice on the GST portal.
