In the Replace with box, type the text you want. Select Replace to change the text or select Replace All to change all instances of this text in your file.
Apply a text replacement to existing text: To use the text replacement in part of a document, select the text, choose Edit Substitutions Show Substitutions, make sure the Text Replacement checkbox is selected, then click Replace in Selection. To use the text replacement in the entire document, click Replace All.
To do a find and replace, use Control + H on both Windows and Mac.
How to replace text in Word on macOS In the search field at the upper right corner of the document, type the text you would like to find. Click the magnifying glass on the search bar. Select Replace from the drop down menu to open the Find and Replace pane.
To access find and replace: On iOS: On the action bar, tap the selection and commands button to the far left, and select the magnifying glass icon. On Mac: Select Edit Find Find.. from the main menu, or use the associated ⌘-F keyboard shortcut.

On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click About on the right. (You may need to scroll down.) Type a new name in the Name field.
