in a previous video i showed you how to use a template in power automate to send an email whenever a task and planner was completed however when we were finished the email didn't really look ideal in fact if you look closely the completed buy shows an id instead of display name so we want to be able to see the actual person's name who completed that also notice that everything shows up in one line even though in the flow itself when we look at that same email step we see everything broken out onto separate lines and that's because this particular template that power automate has uses html view instead of actually the rich text editor so for that to actually break into multiple lines first of all you could just use br for break inside of brackets and that would break each line onto its own but what i'd recommend for those of you who aren't comfortable with html is actually just cutting or copying all of that content in there so we'll cut that and then notice this button for html view a...
